1. How to buy your product?

If you know the type of product you need, you can directly email us to sales@enionchem.com, we will reply you within 24 hours.

If you are not so sure of the type of product you need, you can tell us your application filed or certain specific technical requirement, we will recommend you the most suitable type.

2. What is your mode of transportation frequently used?

1). By sea : The most frequently used transportation is sea shipment. It is much cheaper in comparison with other shipment, therefore suits for big quantity chemicals.

2). By train: If you are customers from countries such as Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, kyrgyzstan, Russia, Berlus, Ukraine, we can also arrange train shipment or sea-train shipment for you, which is more convenient and usually takes 22-25 days to reach the destination.

3). By Air : It suits for some small trial orders like 500KG/1000KG or the urgent orders. Air shipment is the quickest yet the most expensive.

4). By Truck: Our chemicals are non-hazardous, so it can also be shipped by international truck, but this shipment is usually arranged by customer’s forwarder.

5). By Courier: For samples, we often ship them by couriers such as Fedex, DHL, UPS, etc..

3. Does your company support OEM ?

PVA and its related products are standard goods. Generally our normal products can meet different requirements of our customers. If our customers do need OEM and the quantity is big enough for OEM,  we can do it for our customers.

4. Is your PVA good enough to replace famous brand like Japan Kurary, USA DuPont, Korea Toyo Chemical?

Yes, our PVA can replace these famous brands.

5. What is your payment term ?

In order to better meet our customer’s requirements, our payment term is relatively flexible. Regular payment terms are as below:

1) 100% TT in advance or part advance payment after contract and balance paid when cargo ready to load into the container.

2) 20%/30% /40%/50% TT in advance and balance against/BL copy

3) LC (LETTER OF CREDIT) at sight

4) CAD (CASH AGAINST DOCUMENTS) through bank

5) 15days/30days/45days/60days by TT transfer from BL date (on board date)

6) Customers other special requirement

Usually for new customers, we prefer the second payment term. For regular customers, our payment term can be more flexible.

6. Can you accept all regular international trade terms ?

Yes, we can deal with FOB, FCA, CIF, CFR, CPT, DDU and EX-Works.

7. What is the mass production time of your products?

For some regular products, we usually have enough stocks for quick shipment. For some special types, the time could be longer. The specific time should be decided by the situation at the moment.

8. Whether samples are provided free of charge?

We usually provide 300-500g free samples ,which is enough for lab test. For bigger quantity, customers can pay in advance and we will return the payment after getting firm orders.

9. What is the minimum order quantity of the product?

We can accept any quantity from small sample to 25KG/100KG and much bigger ones. For new customers with no credibility between two parties, we strongly recommend you to order a small quantity first.
