VAE Emulsion

Product Overview

VAE emulsion is the abbreviation of vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer emulsion. It is an emulsion product produced by copolymerization of vinyl acetate monomer and ethylene monomer by medium pressure emulsion polymerization. The process features are: external circulation is used to remove the reaction heat, the polymerization time is short, the production capacity is large, the polymerization production process is controlled by a computer, the product quality is stable, the energy consumption is low, and the pollution is small. This product is harmless and odorless. It is a recommended environmentally friendly product. VAE lotion is a milky white liquid. VAE emulsion has internal plasticity due to the presence of ethylene comonomer, and has good film-forming properties, weather resistance, cohesiveness, wide compatibility, weak acid and alkali resistance and other characteristics.

7 series

It mainly contains E705, E707 and E716. It is a high-quality vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion. It has excellent initial viscosity and mechanical stability. Compared with polyvinyl acetate emulsion, its application properties such as curing speed and adhesive force have been greatly improved. It has good adhesion to plastic film and aluminum foil, and has the advantages of permanent polymer softness and wide range of formulations for paper-based composites.

A series

It mainly contains E705A and E707A, has all the advantages of 7 series products. It is an environmentally friendly upgraded product of 7 series, with low formaldehyde content. The fields of application are the same as those of the 7 series.

6 series

It mainly include E600 and E602. E600 and E602 are vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion with solid content up to 60%. It has outstanding initial tack speed, curing speed, low temperature stability, water resistance and rheology. It has good compatibility with other additives and can be blended with natural latex in any proportion. It is suitable for applications such as textiles and waterproof materials.

9 series

It mainly includes E905, E907, E916, and E960. It is an environmentally friendly upgrade product of the 7 series and 6 series products, and does not use any raw materials containing formaldehyde and APEO. It has all the benefits of 7 and 6 series product, but with a higher environmental quality.
