EU anti-dumping duty for CHINA PVA

On September 29, the European Commission announced that it had made an affirmative final determination on the anti-dumping of polyvinyl alcohols originating in China, and decided to impose 17.3% ~ 72.9% of the anti-dumping duties on the products involved in the case in China, including 72.9% for Inner Mongolia Shuangxin group and 17.3% for Sinopec Group, 55.7% for Wan Wei Group, 57.9% for Chang Chun chemical (Jiangsu) Co., Ltd., and 72.9% for other Chinese enterprises. The product involved in the case is polyvinyl alcohol in the form of homopolymer resin (whether or not it contains anhydrous acetate group) with viscosity ≤ 3 Pascal seconds (measured in 4% aqueous solution at 20 ℃) ≤ 61 Pascal seconds, 80.0mol% ≤ degree of hydrolysis ≤ 99.9 mol%.
