Redispersible powder is a new type of building material with high flexibility, high weather resistance and high adhesion to various substrates. It is an important additive in dry-mixed mortar. It can improve the elasticity, bending strength and flexural strength of building materials, reduce shrinkage, and effectively prevent cracking.

Redispersible powder is an indispensable and important functional additive for building materials - dry-mixed mortar. It can improve the performance and increase the strength of mortar, and improve adhesion strength with various substrates, therefore improve the flexibility and deformability, compressive strength, flexural strength, abrasion resistance, toughness, adhesion and water retention capacity, and constructability of mortar. In addition, the hydrophobic powder powder can make the mortar have good water resistance.

Application

Redispersible powder is a powder binder made of special emulsion (polymer) after spray drying. This powder can be quickly redispersed to form an emulsion after contacting with water, and has the same properties as the initial emulsion, that is, a film can be formed after the water evaporates. This film has high flexibility, high weather resistance and high adhesion to various substrates.

Redispersible powder is mainly used in inner and outer wall putty powder, tile adhesive, tile grout, dry powder interface agent, external wall thermal insulation mortar, self-leveling mortar, repair mortar, decorative mortar, waterproof mortar and other dry-mixed mortars.
