Product Overview

VAE emulsion is the abbreviation of vinyl acetate ethylene copolymer emulsion. It is an emulsion product produced by copolymerization of vinyl acetate monomer and ethylene monomer by medium pressure emulsion polymerization. The process features are: external circulation is used to remove the reaction heat, the polymerization time is short, the production capacity is large, the polymerization production process is controlled by a computer, the product quality is stable, the energy consumption is low, and the pollution is small. This product is harmless and odorless. It is a recommended environmentally friendly product. VAE lotion is a milky white liquid. VAE emulsion has internal plasticity due to the presence of ethylene comonomer, and has good film-forming properties, weather resistance, cohesiveness, wide compatibility, weak acid and alkali resistance and other characteristics.

E907J is a kind of vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion mainly used for building waterproofing. It does not use any formaldehyde-containing raw materials, is green and environmentally friendly, and has the characteristics of high ethylene content, high film elongation and excellent fluidity. It is an emulsion binder specially developed for polymer cement waterproof coatings, and can also be used in interior wall coatings, laminations, adhesives, etc. It has good compatibility with cement and can be mixed with cement 1:1. After being placed at 50°C for 30 minutes, it is stirred at 2000 rpm for 4 minutes, and the mixture still maintains excellent stability and fluidity.

E718 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion with high ethylene content, and its remarkable characteristics are low temperature flexibility and low temperature water resistance. The product has outstanding film-forming properties, and the polymer film is soft and has good adhesion to low surface energy substances.

E758 is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer emulsion with a high glass transition temperature of Tg of 20℃. It does not use any raw materials containing harmful components such as formaldehyde and APEO. It has high environmental quality, high film transparency, and low tackiness. The emulsion has the characteristics of good leveling and high wet tack strength, suitable for surface coating, and can replace the application of styrene-acrylic emulsion on paper. It has strong affinity and absorption capacity for ink, etc., and is suitable for advertising cloth production.

E01 is an ecological sand-fixing agent. It is a vinyl acetate-ethylene copolymer made of vinyl acetate as the main raw material through free radical polymerization and special post-treatment. It is a water-emulsion type ecological and environmental protection product, which can form a continuous consolidation layer with certain strength on the surface of sand, dust or soil, so as to have a good sand control and sand fixation effect. It is widely used in ecological and environmental protection fields such as planting greening, dust suppression and slope management.
